Since pretty much ever edit to a talk page consists of adding a comment, and as some people subscribe to the updates such that they read the summaries, consider making our lives more interesting by summarizing your comment, e.g. "my mom approves" or "I like it too." -Robyn 17:29, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks Robyn - being new to this I appreciate the advice, and I see your point (which I hope is evident from my summary) :) --macronencer 18:42, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
- Woo! I love your goals. I made a sign once out of seasnails. They started walking away while I was trying to photograph them. I realized afterwards that I should have taken a series of photos of them leaving and then run it backwards so it looks like the were congregating to make the sign. -Robyn 22:33, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
- That's very good! Of course, it needs to be done with ducklings at some point, too. By the way, I've been looking at your page, and also the page of Reinhard and getting a lot of ideas for mine. One thing I love about wikis is that you can edit to see the source and work out how things are done. I've been able to learn much quicker by doing that. I enjoyed reading your recent hash with the bramble patch - must have been great fun! Like you, I hope to get fit doing this, but I need some proper equipment. I do have a reasonable bike and my own car, which is a good start! --macronencer 23:18, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
