I would say, no, not eligible for Virgin. Perhaps no one is, seeing as your predeessor can't produce the Q-tip, but there doesn't seem to be a doubt that he made it first. If a Virgin award had to be given for every graticule, I'd give it to him before you. -Robyn 04:14, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
