- When someone edits a page twenty or thirty times in a row it stands out pretty strongly in the list of recent changes. I don't know of a way to be notified of new users per se, but they usually do something to make themselves noticeable. And it's a friendly wiki. -Robyn 05:34, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

- See, we found you too! Welcome Mighty Oracle. When we started, we didn't use the "Preview" function...and we quickly filled up a hundred lines in the recent changes and drove some of our German friends banannas :o) Glad to see the N36 W79 Graticule is getting more life. DISCUSSION FOR 5-2-2009 EXPEDITION
- I might hit 35-80 this weekend, official Saturday location, at the official time, no promises but it's not ruled out. If you find yourself near that one, perhaps we'll meet. If I'm there, I'll give radio calls every 15 minutes from 3:30 to 4:30. -Oracle989
No dice, can't get up anyone else for the expedition, going solo seems like a bit of a waste. -Oracle989- Sometimes it is, but you never know. If it's a nice location then it's often fun to go anyway, and you never know if someone's going to show up unannounced. Or just be there without planning to geohash.
