Portland is a common name for a city or town that is adjacent to water, and may refer to any of the following graticules:
- Portland, Maine, USA, settled 1632, incorporated 1786
- Portland Graticule, USA; aka, "Portland, Oregon" or "Portland, OR"
- Nashville, Tennessee, USA; a small town north of Nashville near the Kentucky border. (Ironically not close to any bodies of water)
