Expedition

I figured I'd attempt this hash after work. It was right next to the road, and wasn't on private land, so I thought it might work.

First, I got out of work a little later than I had hoped, and I needed to do some shopping, so it was pretty dark by the time I got there.

Second, I failed to check the terrain view. I drove to within 75 feet of the hash, and after I got out of the car, I was down to 50 feet away. However, it was halfway down a 40 degree slope.

I wasn't going to try it in the dark, and I don't think I'd have been stupid enough to try it in the daylight. Wait - did I say "stupid"? Driving 30 minutes to a random point that no one has ever been to before because the "Internet sent me there"? Hanging out with people who think it is really cool to build rafts out of driftwood and float them into shipping channels - in Pirate outfits???

Never mind.

Mother Nature won this one.

Photos

There was a photo in my cell phone. It was way too dark and fuzzy.
