Take a look at the map and note the highway next to the hashpoint. User:Rgrg was traveling from Nitra to Prešov (to continue to Bardejov), and the bus should have been on that highway some time before 16:10. However, since already in Nitra it was late by 25 minutes and the delay accumulated to one hour around Zvolen, it was probably some time later. User:Rgrg turned on his laptop and mobile internet connection somewhere around Lučenec, and learned the today hashpoint location some minutes later. Too late.
