The Fishguard graticule is at latitude 52, longitude -5. It covers parts of both the United Kingdom and Ireland -- a tiny part of the Welsh coast to the west of Fishguard around Strumble Head, and an even tinier part of the Irish coast near Wicklow. Over 99% of the graticule is water. The Fishguard-Rosslare ferry passes through this graticule, making for a challenging Geohash.

Water geohashes are highly likely here. A Reverse regional achievement is insanely unlikely. No hash location has fallen on land in the Irish section of the graticule in recorded history.
