The Harcourt graticule is at latitude 46, longitude -65. It covers an area of rural New Brunswick ranging from the Miramichi suburbs and Kouchibouguac National Park in the north and east to the Moncton suburbs in the southeast to Grand Lake in the southwest.

This area is mostly English-speaking, though most can also speak French. There are no large towns in this graticule, but it does contain the suburbs of Miramichi and Moncton as mentioned above.
