Today's location is in Silberthal near Bürgel, not far away from the road and easy to find - I think this should be enough opportunity to have a nice cycling tour after work and go for the Twister Geohash with our dragged-along boyfriends. Juja and Manu will be there in the evening, join us if you like!

So, the weather got worse in the course of the day, Basti wasn't in the mood to ride his bike through the rain, but anyway, Juja was, Manu came home by car, dropped by and made her boyfriend join us, who also came by bike (but looked a lot more professional than me doing it). I started the tour while it was raining quite a lot, so it could only end better than it was - and it did. After half the way there was much less rain, plus I found another field of corn to make sure there will be an award picnic at the hashpoint. The picnic was expanded by cake and beverages Manu generously brought there, and what a nice coincidence the geohash was practically on a bench! So we sat there for a while, had our cake and corn, and then used the still fairly wet ground as the base for a funny (slippery) game of twister (only Manu and me, and the inhabitants of Silberthal rubbing their eyes in disbelief). What a nice hash!

I marked the street, so the Silberthal people can come look what idiots we were and have something to talk about in the next week.
The hash was on a street with a maximum speed of 30 km/h (18.6 mph) - had I only known this before, I might have attempted a speedracer geohash by bike!
