Location
It's just off the road called Possession Estates at the south tip of Whidbey Island. Two houses are for sale just down the street. House One and House Two (thankk Zillow).

Thomcat is likely to make it - and is considering a bike geohash. The 3:00 ferry is probably best for the 4:00 meetup, although the 3:30 could work in a pinch. Researching the gated-ness of this location now.
