Today's geohash was just too good to pass up...and when we saw it was only a few meters from a Hess station...we had hopes for our first Geosquishy. And we couldn't simply do a boring consecutive geohash, so we went berserk and tore into our glow sticks left over from the Transformus '08 burn and our glow poi. We elected not to perform with fire poi as we feared twirling flaming balls on the side of a road would draw unwanted attention from law enforcement - after all, it was crazy enough that we were loittering about in sub-freezing weather with glow toys, electronics, and a plush panda.
Our worse fears where realized when we had to climb down into a drainage ditch (the picture does not do justice to the harrowing descent). You try hanging onto a stuffed bear, a $300 camera, and a Hess wild cherry slushy while climbing down a pile of rocks!
