After talking my friends Naty and Jones into coming along (I actually just told them about the whole Geohashing thing and they were like: "Call us and maybe we'll come along") we took the suburban train from Munich to Wolfratshausen and walked from there. The Hashpoint was about 6 kilometers along a road and only the last few meters crosscountry (This involved crossing a dangerous creek and Jones nearly dying from exhaustion :) as you can see on below). We didn't have a GPS-device, but using a printout from googlemaps worked just fine. The Path was easy to find, so we did just put a sign at the place, took a few fotos and went on to Kloster Schäftlarn for a nice beer to celebrate our first Geohash. About two hours later we took the train from Ebenhausen back home.

Expeditions

Baerenfell

After talking my friends Naty and Jones into coming along (I actually just told them about the whole Geohashing thing and they were like: "Call us and maybe we'll come along") we took the suburban train from Munich to Wolfratshausen and walked from there. The Hashpoint was about 6 kilometers along a road and only the last few meters crosscountry (This involved crossing a dangerous creek and Jones nearly dying from exhaustion :) as you can see below).
