I had a look at the coordinates yesterday and immediately dismissed this one as it's right inside a building (and although I can't tell what kind of building it is exactly I don't believe it's open to the public). - If you still want to try, I'd prefer going there in the evening, because I'm going to be at TU from 10am until at least 3pm.
