Inside the harbor at Camp Pendleton, probably swimmable off the beach in front of the cabins.

JesseW : I was driving by (coming back from weekend trip to AZ), but didn't know the hash was here, so missed even taking pictures of the gate of Pendleton, or trying to connect up with Stephen.
