Location

In a field close to a road near Vorden, seems reachable based on google maps.

Participants

Eupeodes

Plans

Again a new graticule, public transport card still valid so reachable with train, bike and foot. And some caches within a few kilometers as well.

Expedition

Left home with the folding bike and went to Ede, from there I wanted to take the train to Vorden and cycle the last part. When I arrived in Zutphen there was no train-service possible to Vorden because of a broken train. I could have left at that point and take the Train wreck consolation prize, but I decided I still wanted to reach the hash. So I took the bus to Vorden and started cycling. On my way (at ~700 meters from the hash) I got distracted by some cute calves which almost caused me to totally forget about the hash. After this encounter I managed to get myself to the hash, the fence to the field was open so I could walk into the field and take some pictures easily.

I also had some caches in the region which I wanted to log, reached GC2GE7P and GC2XH1W. After this it started to rain, got thoroughly wet, but since this was after reaching the hash it can't count for a Drowned Rat. I decided to stop at this point and get back home.
