Location

In the front yard of a house in San Pablo, California.

Participants

Codae

Plans

Drive to the geohash, step into the yard, and document it before returning.

Expedition

I got to the location successfully, despite the road sign marking its street as a dead end when it wasn't. As I was initially locating the geohash, a man came out of the house whose yard it was, and I explained to him that "the computer" had picked a random location in the San Francisco area, today located in his yard. He was satisfied enough to give me permission to do the GPS dance therein.

The hard part was the documentation. Below are the best of my nineteen attempts, which I eventually deemed good enough to claim my first successful geohash and go home.
