Location

This Geohash is located on a giant mountain-shaped thornbush in the Nachal Dolev nature reserve.

Participants

Plans

  • Oooh! It's in the Nachal Dolev nature reserve, less than a half-hour drive from Jerusalem!
  • Right near the top of a mountain, 150 meters from a dirt path, in the middle of forest. I definitely want to try for it.

Expedition

  • Me and #2 just got back from 31 35. That was the most difficult geohash I've ever successfully reached.
  • I thought it was going to be a nice little stroll up a wooded mountain with Bronze Age ruins on it. That's what it looked like from the satellite photos. But no - it wasn't a mountain, it was a giant mountain-shaped thornbush.
  • It was supposed to a half-hour drive and a half-hour walk to the hash, then the same in return. Nope. We were out for FIVE HOURS.
