As planned, I had about 2 hours to myself and was able to head for this geohash, which is once again on the German side. I think that since I started geohashing this year, I'll soon know southern Germany better than I ever did in my life.

After about 45 minutes I was able to park nearby and look up the coordinates. Unlike the screenshot with the aerial photo, the point is not in front of the building but inside. But fortunately under the passage. Only there I had no GPS signal. But it was enough for the proof :-) With some leaves I made the xkcd lettering.

After the hashdance I was looking for a nearby geocache. A special one, because there are a few different types of geocaches. And this one was an Earthcache! Appendix

After the hashdance I was looking for a nearby geocache. A special one, because there are a few different types of geocaches. And this one was an Earthcache! (explanations here)(the earthcache with my log here)

The big river Danube seeps away a bit at one point. About 18 kilometers further south and 170m below, this water comes back to the surface as a source. On average, 8000 liters spill out of the "Aachtopf" per second! it varies between 1300 and 24000 liters. Then the Aach flows into the Rhine. The Danube flows into the Black Sea, the Rhine into the North Sea. It could be that in the future, due to subterranean erosion, the danube will flow entirely into the rhine!

in a personal matter

I wonder who reads all these hashpoint expeditions. I would be happy if everyone could sign up below under "readers". (so edit this page and enter your name :-) Thank you
