Location

Jerusalem, next to the Hartman Institute. From the satellite photo it looks like it's in the streetside parking.

Plans

Yosef

Yosef was excited to meet up with LiNaK the next day. They talked through text messages.

Yerushalmi

It's been a long time since a hash landed in Jerusalem, so I was looking forward to doing a walk geohash. My oldest was interested in skipping school so I let her come with me. The day before the expedition, Fippe told me via Discord that Yosef was interested as well, so I sent him a text message and we organized exactly when to meet up. I had a doctor's appointment early that day, so we organized to meet at 11:00.

Expedition

Yosef

Yosef was surprised that it was actually Yerushalmi instead. They talked for the first time face to face.

Yerushalmi

I called #1 from the doctor's office when my appointment ended and we met at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station. From there it was a nice 45-minute walk to the point, which turned out to be at the top of a short set of three stairs that lead to the locked back garden of the Hartman Institute.

Yosef was a bit delayed, so we wandered around Moon Park across the street until he arrived. We had a pleasant conversation, during which we discovered that Yosef had thought all along (going back two years!) that the person he was texting was LiNaK. So we set 'that' record straight.

We then walked back home.
