The Tallinn graticule is at latitude 59, longitude 24.
It includes Estonian capital and major city Tallinn. Estonian mainland makes up about half of the graticule the other half being Gulf of Finland at its narrowest point. The tip of Porkkala cape and some nearby islands on Finland's side fall barely within.
