Introduction
After reading xkcd for about a year, jumping to a random cartoon introduced me to geohashing. It sounded much more fun than geocacheing, mostly because it involves MD5.
Oh yeah, name's Brent. Pleased to meet you.
Expeditions
- 2009-09-13 44 -93 (Minneapolis SW, Minnesota): First geohash attempt and success, and at highway speed. Score two achievements on my first try -- not too shabby!
- 2013-06-12 44 -93 (Minneapolis SW, Minnesota): Another high-speed geohash, with lucky timing on the photographic evidence.
