Greater Vancouver Regional District
Vanouver & Surrey: pretty easy.

Regional District of Nanaimo
A Vancouver graticule at Duke Point and a Port Alberni at Nanoose Bay qualify, but it's hard to see where I have to go to get Lake Cowichan in this RD.
