Hello there! Final exams are approaching! I really should cut down on geohashing over the next couple of weeks... or should I?

About Me

I'm 19 years old and I live in Munich, Germany (48, 11). In my free time, I like to play the acoustic guitar, run, cycle or read about chemistry and/or spaceflight. Over the next couple of months I'll be rather busy finishing school (major exams in english and music and minor exams in chemistry and ethics), but I'm determined to continue attempting to reach hashpoints in the near future. This site was recommended to me by DerFlob who I'm visiting hashpoints with. Since I love cycling and hiking, I guess those will be my preferred ways of traveling.

Past Expeditions

2010-03-13 47 11 A nice trip to southern Bavaria using public transport. Built an awesome snowman with DerFlob. Also first geohash I've been on.

2010-03-17 48 11 Went there with Johanna and DerFlob. Failed because the haspoint was in a restricted parking area for workers of the nearby HypoVereinsbank corporate headquarters. Spent a nice time with fellow geohasher Robert though.

2010-03-21 48 11 A short, but yet pleasant trip to Furth together with Johanna (just south of München) where we met DerFlob and later Zb and his drag-along Mar.

Achievements

The_T-Man earned the Land geohash achievement

by reaching the (47, 11) geohash on 2010-03-13.

The_T-Man earned the Public transport geohash achievement

by reaching the (47, 11) geohash on 2010-03-13 via S3 to Holzkirchen.

The_T-Man earned the Snowman Geohash Achievement

by building a snowman at the (47, 11) geohash on 2010-03-13.

The_T-Man earned the Meet-up achievement

by meeting Robert at the (48, 11) geohash on 2010-03-17.

The_T-Man achieved level 1 of the Minesweeper Geohash achievement

by visiting coordinates in München, Germany and 1 of the surrounding graticules.

Consolation Prizes

The_T-Man earned the No trespassing consolation prize

by almost reaching the (48, 11) geohash on 2010-03-17.
