Around 30 meters in some woodland next to a field, not far away from Auerbach, about 50 km north of Munich.

What about a 3-day Consecutive geohash achievement, plus Midnight achievement and even (if lucky) snowman achievement ? vermouthandgin and I are planning to attempt this opportunity of double geohash in 48,11/48,12. Er, wow, that's very ambitious of the two of you. I actually hadn't given a lot of thought to the locations for 12-14th Jan. Without a car readily at hand, they all seemed quite impractical to do. Unfortunately, I'm swamped for tomorrow, but usually weekday afternoons work quite well for me. Expedition

After having reached the previous hashpoint which was only about 2 km from this one, we took the car again and parked at about 600 meters of the hash. We followed a farmer's path along a field to reach the woodland where the hash was awaiting us. Time was running fast as I wanted to make it at exactly midnight.

Hopefully this woodland was much more easy to enter compared to the one we did 2 days ago, and we reached the hash at exactly midnight (see pictures below).

We took the mandatory pictures, including a tiny snowman we managed to build in spite of the lack of snow around the hashpoint :)

Finally we headed back to our car and drove back to Munich uneventfully.
