The fourth land geohash in thirteen days - humph! This run of bad luck is the opposite of the good luck we had in February.
Expedition
The expedition was problem free. There was a place to park without blocking the forest fire-break road. The fire-breaks led close to the hashpoint. The final few metres under pine trees were easy enough. There was little vegetation at ground level and only small fallen branches. The weather was fine with a thunder storm front approaching, some hours away. The GPS lock was drifting about more that usual. I felt like a cat chasing a feather. Eventually I managed a photo with the distance reading zero but seconds later it read four or five metres again.
