Expedition
This was fairly convenient because I was re-visiting friends in Essex. The extra mileage was not great.
Near the point, there was an unexpected one way street heading the wrong way, of course. A two kilometre detour fixed that. I reached the hashpoint in woodland, only to find the coordinates had been miss-keyed. Luckily this was immediately evident and easily fixed. A second hash dance in the meadow cured all. It was sunny, dry and the temperature was 12.5 C, unnaturally warm for late December.
