This had to be a fast expedition. Well fast, a few hours of train, but I only had 1:30 hour in Les Borges Blanques or I would miss the last train to Barcelona.

Expedition

And the train arrived in Les Borges Blanques with 20 minutes delay, so I only had 1 hour ¿^^ Les Borges Blanques is the capital of its "county" (comarca Les Garrigues) but it feels like a village. The whole province of Lleida is very rural.

So the first thing I did is walk directly towards the hash. It supposedly located on a street by an empty slot. But imagery from Street Viewer is from 2009 or something like that. More recent images also suggested that the slot next to the hash is still empty so I didn't fear much for reachability.

I arrived with no complication and could locate the hash rather easily. A few steps into the vegetation but nothing unsuspicious. So, hash located successfully. And a cherry worthy one :)

The I went towards the centre of the village, to at list visit it and with some luck maybe find a geocache. I was pleasantly surprised by a nice park, with some shade and a little pond with ducks. Then, on some narrow streets, I found a bakery to get me something to eat and lastly visited the church. But my time was running out..

I made a fast attempt to a geocache, had some success and lastly towards the train station again. I arrived with 15 minutes to spare, but I really didn't want to risk missing the last train, it would have been problematic otherwise.

I wish to visit this graticule more often in the future and with more time. So many places to discover.
