Biographical
Hi, my name is Rich and I live in the North Jersey graticule and most recently worked as a project manager for Hewlett-Packard. I recently stumbled across xkcd, which led inevitably to geohashing. Meanwhile, regarding Spindizzy, see this: [1]

Achievements I'm shooting for
And whatever else I come across. So many categories, so little time.
Grabbed User:Wenslayer/KMLGenerator script to attempt generation of a Google Earth location history file for the North Jersey graticule.
Installed Active Perl on my Win 7 64-bit box.
Downloaded the current W30 history file allcoords.csv. The perl script took less that 1 sec. to create all geohashes from 1928 to date! 12/5/2011 - and apparently in disagreement with peeron's interpretation. I just did a 'manual' ping for by birthdate, and it's different from the perl script.
Did same for the New York City graticule looking for my Origin geohash. It's in the Atlantic ocean - will find alternate.
