:The main reason is that I agree with the discussion on the achievements page that I linked to - people will collect ribbons more than they will add categories, because ribbons are fun and categories are work. - The main reason is that I agree with the discussion on the achievements page that I linked to - people will collect ribbons more than they will add categories, because ribbons are fun and categories are work.
