We arrived at the driveway shortly after getting the soda.  After studying the pictures, we determined the closest place in the driveway to get to the location.  We sat and ate our pizza and drank out soda, and a merry time was had by all.  We then tried to go around the side of the building to try to get on the roof.  An arial view of the building showed a ladder around the back, but upon investigation we found that it only lead to the second floor.  Since it was a Sunday, the lawyers who inhabit the building were at home and we could not get in.

Having failed in that, we printed a message on a piece of paper we had and we taped it to the inside of the pizza box.  We taped the pizza box on the spot closest to the location on the side of the building, and left, feeling triumphant after completing our first geohash.

Expedition

So, at 12:00 sharp, my good friend Travis met me at my house, dressed in flannel despite the sweltering heat. Just before I stepped out of the house, I kicked off my shoes, and i completed the rest of the expedition barefoot. We then walked to the nearby commercial strip of Larchmont Blvd, where we got a small pizza for $8 and a 2-liter of generic cola for 97 cents. We kept walking, still barefoot, to the location, not less than a block away.

By the way, I went by the next day, and the box had been removed. Such a shame.
