Expedition

Felix, Alex and Steve continued on from their earlier hash that day near Yarram. We drove up near the hashpoint and were struck by an eerie sense of deja vu. Although we had moved exactly 1 degree of longitude west, the hash was exactly the same: a couple of hundred metres into a dead flat, unoccupied paddock. We grabbed our poon, climbed the barbed wire fence, and headed for it, chatting away.

"Let's see how far...oh, we're there!" Poon all around, then back to the car. Steve ridiculously and foolishly attempted to leapfrog the barbed wire fence, destroying his Skins in the process.

This was the fourth geohash success in three days: Alex and Steve's first multihash, and also our first hash in this graticule. It was also by far Felix's closest to his current hometown of Inverloch.
