This is my first Geohash in the city of Bielefeld, but it is not located in the graticule that is named after it, instead, it is in the Paderborn graticule. Bielefeld, of course, is known for not existing, but the illusion was very convincing.

I took the train to the city. Bielefelds public transportation system brands itself moBiel, and although I like the pun, I walked the rest of the distance, it was only ten kilometers anyway (haha).

After a while, I left the core city and entered a hilly forest. There, I made the mistake of thinking I knew an improvement upon Google's map algorithm and payed for that when several raptors attacked me, disguised as stinging nettles and blackberry bushes. I could escape alive.

The forest apruptly ended, and there were several transmission towers. The forest continued on the other side and close to there, I found the geohash.

My feet were tired, even more when I got back to the train station, but I wasn't done yet, I still wanted to visit Münster.
