Michael5000 texted his mom Friday morning to alert her that there was a hashpoint quite close to her home in Bandon, Oregon. Mom, who has naturally been hooked on geohashing since her first expedition, 2012-01-21 45 -122, was eager to get to it, but there was a hitch: the car wouldn't start!
Things were looking bleak, but eventually she got a guy from the garage to come out and give it a jump-start, which was all it needed.
