August 13, 2010 in Wausau, Wisconsin graticule. Geohash was at the side of the road in a swamp in the middle of nowhere, Wisconsin. Virgin graticule, plus level 3 minesweeper!
July 28, 2010 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin graticule. Geohash was at the side of the road in Osceola, Wisconsin. Guest starring Montana and Amanda!

Is it true that Bassoon earned the Drowned Rat Geohash?

In principle, yes.
But we didn't actually reach the coordinates. We were .001 degrees south and .001 degrees east. (2010-07-07 43 -88).
