I'm Steingesicht. I picked this nickname from a novel of Terry Pratchett - Samuel "Old Stoneface" Vimes.

by failing to reach the (48, 9) geohash on 2011-11-25 Steingesicht tried to reach the hashpoint by using aerial images - but he took the wrong turn..

Is it true that Steingesicht earned the Sunset geohash achievement?

In principle, yes.
But there is no such kind of achievment. (2011-11-17 48 9).
