38 / m / 40,-74Hi, my name is Greg, I'm a graduate of New Jersey Instutute of Technology, with a BS in computer science. I have a wife and 3-yr-old son, both of whom will likely be joining me when I go geohashing.
I like bridge (yes, some people under 60 play it!), cycling, baseball, and photography. My wife is into scrapbooking, crafting, and likes photography as well. My son likes story telling and ... trying to escape HEY GET BACK HERE! :-D.
I'll bring Fluxx, Wizard, or a regular deck of cards or the like. My wife and I sometimes host a monthly card-and-board gaming group, so if the site is close enough, I might suggest our house for the geohash on a weekend once we're done renovating.
Graticules of Interest
- Newark, New Jersey: (40 N, -74 W), lived here most of my life
- Cape May, NJ: (38 N, -74 W), I visit here 3-6 times a year
- Atlantic City: (39 N, -74 W), because it's the other half of NJ.
- Wilmington, NC: (34 N, -77 W), I have relatives there
- San Juan, Puerto Rico: (18 N -66 W), technically, I have relatives here too ;-)
Visited Locations
- 2008-06-29 Offered my place as an alternate (the geohash was <5 miles away, and I was running a gaming party that day anyway), but I was contacted too late to make that happen.
- 2008-06-28 40 -74 brought my wife and son, pictures and narrative soon.
