The Drag-Along achievement can be earned by bringing along a friend or acquaintance who has not heard of geohashing before. The dragee does not need to be a reader of xkcd, though it helps. It does not count toward the drag-along achievement if you have to use duct tape, rope, coax cable or forcibly move the person.

Wooglin received this achievement in the 40,-81 graticule on 2008-06-22 with friend Alex. Proof supplied here.
Jevanyn achieved this on June 28th in Westfield, New Jersey when he brought his wife and son. He also took his son on an "adventure" on July 26th to Marlboro.
Alex and Chris achieved this on June 29th in 40,-82 with their new friend Grace.
relet reached 2008-07-26_52_13 together with lyx.
Paintedhell reached the location for July 27th in 50, 11 with Basti.
NWoodruff reached the location for Aug 1st in 34, -84 with Andrew.
Coreycubed reached the geohash for August 11th, 2008 in 32, -80 with Skytso, who became a geohasher later that day.
Straylight reached 2008-08-17_49_-123 by enlisting the help his friend Brett and his truck.
thepiguy brought a whole bunch of friends to the hash point at 2008-08-18_49_-123
Mikkozzz reached the location for Aug 31st in 60, 24 and dragged archival ink with him.
Arvid brought two friends along at September 10 in the Dutch dunes.
Bishop Wash reached the location for 20 September 2008 in 34, -106 with his wife.
Arvid found another mad recumbent rider to join him cycling the 115km to the Ketelmeer north of Kampen (and back) at 20 September 2008, in the Netherlands.
Arvid asked at the very last moment some other recumbent riders to join him for 2008-10-25 52 6, which they did.
