Take various forms of public transportation to there and enjoy the views. The hash fell on one of my favourite spots of Barcelona.

Expedition

I have been many many times before here. A few times with my bike, not so long ago I have also walked here, been as a kid with family and a long etcetera. (I think that was enough evidence for Déjà-vu achievement ;) ).

So today I took public transportation. And took 3 forms of it. First the train. Then it was time for some funicular action and lastly the 111 bus was waiting for us for the final stretch to the summit. It left us right at the feet of the tibidabo church. I mentioned in a previous expedition where the tibidabo name comes from.

So here I was and the hash fell right there. First thing to do was enjoying the views of Barcelona and recording some proof of the visit. Wow, breathtaking as always. Sky clear and today with the special orange touch of the sun setting. I just like to stand there and watch.

The amusement park was closed, I think they either open again in March or during winter only on the weekends, I am not sure. So I went to visit the church, the inside, wandered for a while, and then walked back to the funicular station instead of taking the bus again. If it's downhill it's not that a big deal. A few geocaches where found on the way and then I went back home.

It was easy and short but a lovely geohash to visit.
