Remove this section if you don't want an image at the top (left) of your report. You should remove the "Image:" or "File:"

tag from your image file name, and replace the all upper-case word IMAGE in the above line.

And DON'T FORGET to add your expedition and the best photo you took to the gallery on the Main Page! We'd love to read your report, but that means we first have to discover it! :)

[[User:Kyrkazakh|Kyrkazakh]] ([[User talk:Kyrkazakh|talk]]): Surprisingly my family was okay with detouring slightly, stopping, and waiting in the car for me. I admit I felt quite silly trying to explain geohashing (particularly why it was important to enough to make me run in a snow-covered cornfield for two-ish kilometers) but am grateful for them going along with it. We parked off a gravel road southeast of Jerico (yes it's spelled like that) and I tried to beeline for the location... and then realized that snow-covered cornfields mean furrows and troughs that vary by a few inches, unseen under the white blanket. So I tried to stick to the forest edge line and go light on my bad ankle. Turns out the site felt a lot farther out than I'd anticipated, but I made it there and back and only slightly felt like my windpipe was going to collapse (if this was an Always Sunny episode it'd be called The Gang Finds Out She's Completely Out of Shape). Still, December hash checked-off, Iowa hash checked-off, reverse regional achievement secured. Not bad!

Plans

Kyrkazakh (talk): My previous two December efforts yielded no fruits (at least not the intended ones), so since my family was going to be driving through this area today anyway, I decided to try to convince them to stop and let me make a break for this hash.

Expedition

Kyrkazakh (talk): Surprisingly my family was okay with detouring slightly, stopping, and waiting in the car for me. Not bad!
