Just off Route 202 in Far Hills next to a tiny pond that has a bench with a dummy that is always decorated. Today's outfit is a civil war uniform. Closer to Christmas, he is wearing a Santa suit.

It's directly across the street from the former http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicholas_F._Brady mansion, which now houses an organization providing hospitality services to the International Olympic Committee and others.

No need for a GPS because location was obvious from MapQuest...
