Expedition

After the rain belt passed over, with some daylight still available, this expedition was very pleasant. The unseasonal warm conditions were still here at 12.5 oC. There was a roadside lay-by with a public footpath opposite. This led to the river with very nice views on the way, including Freston Tower. This is available as a holiday house. At the river, there were sheep, dog and human foot prints heading in the right direction with no signs forbidding access so it was an easy but wet stroll. There was a mixture of tidal salt water and soggy ground from the recent rains. With soaked feet I reached the hashpoint.
