A lot of driving around today (more details later), but none took me this far out. It's only a few miles from me, though, so I'll make a trip.

Expedition

Getting There: The Juggernaut Directive

The geohash was at a site along NJ-28, which comes within a block of my house. My route there was: go to the end of the block, make a right, go one block, turn left, go about 4 miles on a mostly straight road, and turn into the bank parking lot.

Deviation one block (0.066mi) over a 4.16mi trip (one way).

Being There: The Real Estate Re-assessment

With no bank signage outside the building, I deduced that the bank branch was closed, or at least not in use as an active bank. Desk inside seemed to still have office supplies and such lying around, but the drive-thru was in disrepair, a real estate sign in front indicated that the building was for sale or rent. (Didn't get a picture of the sign, darn it.)

Getting Back: The Tron Motivation

From there, I decided I was going to do a Tron Geohash as well. (Juggernaut only requires getting there in a straight line. The return trip can be more convoluted, as long as I don't cross my own path.)

1. Head east on E Union Ave toward Prospect Pl

2. Take the 2nd left onto Hazelwood Ave

3. Take the 3rd left onto Shepherd Ave

4. Turn right onto County Route 527 N (Mountain Ave)

5. Merge onto US-22 E via the ramp to Newark (Ramp to 22W was a loop to the right, no go)

6. Take the exit toward King George Rd/Green Brook Rd/Middlesex

7. Turn left onto Sebrings Mills Rd

8. Take the 1st left onto US-22 W

9. Take the exit toward NJ-28 W

10. Turn left onto NJ-28 E/Easton Turnpike

11. Continue to follow NJ-28 E (Exit ramp for 22E was a loop to the right, again no good)

12. At the traffic circle, continue straight onto NJ-28 E/West End Ave

13. Turn left onto Mountain Ave

14. Take the 2nd right onto W Cliff St

15. Turn left onto Culver St

16. Take the 3rd right onto Catherine St

(And now the whole damned internet knows how to get to my house LOL)
