Godley Head, the northern headland to Lyttelton Harbour is nationally significant, being one of the most intact and extensive WWII coastal defence batteries left in New Zealand.
Expedition
The hash was in a reserve, and lies between the road and a mountain biking track - plus it was a lovely day for it - perfect!
