Plans
Attempting to extend my Consecutive streak(yesterday's success here), I'll drive into the city this afternoon and walk over. The hash being in the corner by the fence and the building, I'll go with a 'No Batteries' expedition today. From the satellite views, the hash is either right on the fence or right next to it, so it will be reachable. As for accessibility, from the street-view, the building looks like it's not in use and the fence looks to be missing it's gate. As long as there are no signs next to the gate area, I think it should be a pretty simple expedition.
The hash for tomorrow is right next to Crab Hollow State forest so another attempt to continue the Consecutive streak will be made. Also, there is a close race this month for the Most active graticules and I'm excited that there is a good chance I can finally win this for the Buffalo graticule. This weekend's hashes are all good so I think Buffalo can stay ahead of the pack.
Expedition
After running some errands, I drove into the city and parked in the lot for VALU and Amvets at the corner of Elmwood and Hertel. I walked over to the busy corner and waited for the lights to change so I could cross. Walking up to the hash, I took some pictures of the building before walking to the back corner of the fence. Taking a few more pictures, I noticed some security cameras near the roof of the building. Since I just walked in, and out, I think anyone watching would be more confused than concerned. Expedition successful, I'm anticipating tomorrow's expedition and hoping I can match my longest consecutive streak to date.
