This proposed achievement would be claimed when you successfully reach a set of coordinates during Valentine's Day (February 14th).

No additional proof beyond the usual proof would be required, but the expedition must have taken place on Valentine's Day. Mixing this achievement with others (such as the picnic, drag-along, or formal attire achievements) would feel likely considering the day's typical events.
