I chose this nick over seven years ago for a forum and used it almost everywhere on the internet since. I originally chose the lowercase for calligraphic reasons. "I" and "l" look very similar in many fonts, and I wanted to avoid confusion. --ilpadre 11:36, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
