I live in Virginia Beach, VA which is mostly in the [[36,-76 | Norfolk, VA]] [[graticule]].  I've decided this is a pretty crappy area to 'hash in, as I live in the extreme NE corner of the graticule, there is a huge [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Dismal_Swamp swamp] in the middle of it that has to be driven around, and there is a better-than-average chance that any given hash will land in water.  Still, one must persevere.  I try to make it to nearby hashes on the weekdays, and any one I think I can get away with on the weekends.  Kiddo's and my wife's plans tend to affect that more than I like.

I live in Virginia Beach, VA which is mostly in the Norfolk, VA graticule. I've decided this is a pretty crappy area to 'hash in, as I live in the extreme NE corner of the graticule, there is a huge swamp in the middle of it that has to be driven around, and there is a better-than-average chance that any given hash will land in water. Still, one must persevere. I try to make it to nearby hashes on the weekdays, and any one I think I can get away with on the weekends. Kiddo's and my wife's plans tend to affect that more than I like.

Until I see some active hashers in my area, I'm not going to concern myself too much with making the meetup times. If someone decides to attempt one on a Saturday, please let me know and I will try to meet.
