I took the train and bus to Schnelsen and walked the rest of the distance. I approached the Geohash from the east through a forest. It turned out that the geohash was located on a tree nursery (I learned the English term today, a surprisingly direct translation of the German Baumschule) that looked like an ordinary field on satellite pictures.
There was no barrier between the forest and the tree nursery, so I could locate the coordinates and record proof. Afterwards, I walked toward the street, since I assumed π π π would approach from there.
There was a hedge separating me from the street, so I climbed over it to get out. Afterwards it occured to me that it wouldn't be easy to get back inside this way, so I wrote π π π to come to the forest entry so that we could approach from the east. Until he responded, I ate my lunch, remaining at the spot since I wasn't sure he would see my message. He did though, and after he confirmed coming to the forest I walked there around the block.
And then I met π π π. We went through the forest and entered the tree nursery. He located the coordinates at a slightly different position than me. We waited until 16:00, but nobody else arrived. Afterwards we walked back through the forest and then around the block and π π π saw the site from the street.
Our ways separated there. I walked to Krupunder and took the bus to Elbgaustraße, and the train back home.

Fippe messaged me about this hash, and we agreed to meet there at 4 pm. I took the train to Schnelsen, noticed Fippe's message that the hash could be accessed better from the east, and cycled 2.8 km there. Fippe arrived right after me, already having been to the hashpoint 20 minutes earlier (would've taken an earlier train if I'd known), and we finally met after geohashing for three years in adjacent graticules. We greeted and walked ca. 150 m through a small forest on a path, then another ~40 m through the undergrowth, trying to avoid thorns. The coordinates lay 20 m onto a tree nursery, the fir trees still being very small. I found the location just 3 m from a walkway, and took some pictures.
We waited until 16:00 and then walked back through the forest to my bike. We decided to walk another 700 m to other side of the nursery garden, talking all the while about memorable Geohashing experiences, the wiki, cool expeditions by others, hash statistics, train tickets, how we discovered Geohashing and other things. It was very nice to talk in person with someone sharing the same unusual hobby. We parted there, and I cycled back to Schnelsen, discovering a picturesque lake in the middle of a residential area on my way back. I had to wait for around 10 minutes at the station, then took the train home.
This was my first planned Geohashing meetup, not counting my epeditions with Leidenfrost. I'm lucky to live in the country with the highest density of active geohashers, and am able to sometimes meet others!
