In the middle of a field, south of the village called Wartenberg, about 50 km NE of Munich.

- What about a 3-day Consecutive geohash achievement, plus Midnight achievement and even (if lucky) snowman achievement ? vermouthandgin and I are planning to attempt this opportunity of double geohash in 48,11/48,12. Expedition
We went by car as close as possible to the hashpoint without difficulty (the little roads being covered by snow wasn't a problem as I had snow tires) and then just walked up to the hash in a straight line through the field (which, during this winter season had no crops and was only covered with snow).
We reached the hashpoint at 11:30 p.m., took the mandatory pictures and than headed back quickly to the car in order to try to be at the next hashpoint for midnight and thus achieving a so-called midnight double.
