I'm from Munich and I mostly roam around in this area, looking for easy hashes. I worked in Ingolstadt for two years, so I also grabbed some hashpoints along the A9 on week days.

I'm planning to visit the following locations one day (no actual date planned yet):

• 1957-09-09_global - The only Globalhash in my home graticule since 1950, located in the Ebersberger Forst -> Map
• 2013-04-06_48_12 - My Wedding Geohash: The hashpoint on the day I married was even in the town I married, within a stone's throw from our church. What a pity I did not go on that day. -> Map
• 2008-05-21_48_11 - The first official geohash in my graticule (on the day the comic was published) -> Map
• 1981-07-22_48_12 - Displaced origin geohash: Not in the graticule where I was born, but where I spent the first 30 years of my life -> Map

Solli earned the Land geohash achievement by reaching the (48, 11) geohash on 2016-12-20.

Solli earned the Frozen Geohash Achievement by reaching the (48, 11) geohash on 2017-01-25 while the temperature was -5°C.

Getting there

Solli earned the Electric Vehicle Achievement by travelling to and from the Geohash in an electric vehicle (48, 11) geohash on 2016-12-20.

Retro

Solli earned the Origin geohash achievement by reaching the (48, 11) geohash for 1981-07-22 on 2017-05-27.

Other

Is it true that Solli earned the Speed racer achievement? In principle, yes. But there was no speed limit on that German Autobahn and therefore no maximum speed. (2017-03-16 48 11).

Solli earned the Last man standing achievement by being the the only hasher world-wide to go on a geohashing expedition on 2017-04-01.

Solli achieved level 1 of the Minesweeper Geohash achievement by visiting coordinates in München, Germany and 1 of the surrounding graticules.

Hashpoints I'd have liked to visit

... but didn't have the chance to.

• 2017-09-12 48 11 (Map): Very close to home, but on the Speichersee (reservoir lake). No swimming, no boating. What would MacGyver do?
• 2017-12-13 48 11 (Map): In the center of the central reserve of a dual-lane highway. Probably one of the least accessible spots in this area.
